He was born in 1942 AD to Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Fazal-ud-Deen Makhadi (RA) in Makhad Sharif. He was the only son of his parents. Four sisters were born after his birth. The eldest among the sisters and younger than him passed away on 13th Ramadan in 1996 AD.
He received the education of the Holy Qur’an from his maternal grandfather Maolana Muhammad-ud-Deen Makhadi (RA). His early educational growth and learning was under the supervision of his father and grandfather Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Ahmad-ud-Deen Makhadi (RA). Other than home place, Makhad Sharif, he traveled to Dawood Khel, Chakrala, Dera Ismail Khan and Multan to acquire contemporary education.
After completing his education, He stayed in Mahar Sharif (The town of Hazrat Qibla-e-Alam Noor Muhammad Maharavi (RA)), Bahawalnagar for about seven years.

He got married with the daughter of Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Zainuddin Taragvi (RA) in 1975. Allah Almighty blessed him with three sons and two daughters. Sons’ names are:
His allegiance was with his grandfather Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Ahmed-ud-Deen Makhadi (RA). He remained under his grandfather’s tutelage for almost 28 years, from his birth to the demise of his grandfather (1969). He used to in accompany with his grandfather in journyes. Whenever if during talk discussion about Maolana Muhammad Ahmad-ud-Deen Makhadi (RA) came up, he narrated various incidents of his life with great respect and dignity. From which the style of that great person’s great love and devotion to the religion of Islam refreshed the soul.
He was granted with caliphate by his father Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Fazal-ud-Deen Chishti Makhadi (RA). After the demise of his honorable father he became sixth Sajjada Nasheen of Khanqah-e-Mo’alla Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ali Makhadi (RA). He offered his services to Khanqah with keen devotions that undescribable.
His personality was a practical reflection of his predecessors. Apart from knowledge and grace, the characteristic that was very prominent in his personality was the true spirit of serving for the charity of people. After completion of education, he rendered valuable services in the fields of education and health in a remote and backward area like Makhad Sharif. Academic and architectural functionalities in Khanqah-e-Mo’alla enormously happened because of your efforts. He worked hard day and night in the promotion and development of contemporary along with Islamic education.
His services in both education and health sectors in and surroundings Makhad Sharif were commendable. For charity passage he laid foundation of a welfare platform named ‘Al-Huda Welfare Society, Makhad Sharif’ which was legally regularized on 3rd June, 1996. Many formal and informal schools, technical, vocational institutes, free dispensaries and free eye camps organized by this platform. The maintenance of the great and ancient library of Khanqah-e-Mo’alla Hazrat Maolana Makhadi (RA) on modern lines or to cataloging from Mr. Nazar Sabri (L) his efforts in every task will always be appreciated. Because of his basic efforts the work of bringing manuscripts and other important historical documents of the library online has started. Publishing of Qindeel-e-Suleman was also started on his directions that being published in full swing half yearly and the work on cataloging the manuscripts was also started according to his vision in his time is in progress.
Jamia Aliya Deeniya, Islamic Studies School (Madrassa) became upgraded with more facilities by his efforts that serving in the promotion of religious studies. In this Madrassa formal school education system was also included under his pattern ship.
His real effort to provide opportunities for education and health for the people across the region was his life’s goal. He often said in his conversations that this passion was given to me by my mentor and grandfather so that I had devoted my life to obeying his orders. It was also his services that he was very much honored by the population all around.
Regular presence in Taunsa Sharif, Mahar Sharif, Pakpattan Sharif and other monasteries of Chishtiya chain had been his routine. He had been blessed with the blessings of Hajj-e-Baitullah and Umrah Sharif for many times. The presence in on Roza-e-Rasulullah SAWW, he considered the best goal of his life.
He had been ill because of heart disease and kidneys for 12 years. Treatment of all kinds was adopted but with the passage of time the diseases made him much weak and ill. All sons looked after and very much care him during the illness. Many times he had been admitted in hospitals, MH and AFIC Rawalpindi. “He was very regular in prayers. During very much illness even while being on bed in hospitals he did not left even single prayer”, says Fida Husain Hashmi, allegiant and dedicated deovtee of Hazrat Peer Fateh-ud-Deen Chishti Nizami Makhadi (RA).
During his last days he was admitted in Nephrology ward, CMH hospital. Where he was during treatment spending his second day in very much ill condition on Doctor’s direction he was to be dialysis. While taking him to the dialysis room his demised happened. According to Fida Husain Hashmi when he was changed bed his no voice heard as because of pain happened, I thought something sensitive, thinking so i seen Hazrat sahab’s face his lips were in movement it seemed he was reciting something. This was made me courage. But I did not know the time of Hazrat Peer sain’s time to leave us apparently have been. After just a minute, almost, Hazrat Peer Fateh-ud-Deen Chishti (RA)’s demise happened. It was 24th Moharram-ul-Harram 1444 AH corresponding to 22nd August 2022 AD at 3:35 pm. I was the only one who was with Peer sain during his very last and end moments. During the last stage outside of the ward Peer sain,s sons Sahibzada Khalid Mehmood and Sahibzada Zahid Mehmood were engaged in arrangements of prescribed medicines. I informed them about this intense painful news. Soon after some moments of the demise Hazrat Khawaja Sheraz Mehmood Taunsvi sahab, the son-in-law of Hazrat Peer Fateh-ud-Deen Chishti (RA), also reached in hospital.
After the demise the body of Hazrat sahab brought to back home, Makhad Sharif. On next day, the 23rd August 2022 (25th Moharram), in morning time the Body of Hazrat Peer sain was bathed (Ghusal). Funeral prayer was offered before Namaz-e-Asr at 5pm in front of The Shrine of Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Ali Makhadi (RA). The Janaza prayer was led by Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Ullah Bakhsh Taunsvi sahab. Hundreds of thousands devotees and lovers offered funeral prayer. Every eye was found running tear in sorrow. After funeral prayer the body was brought in front of the door of the shrine where after presenting Salam and praying He was buried to the eastern side of the door of the Holy shrine of Hazrat Maolana Muhammad Ali Makhadi (RA)’s door.
