All the expenses of the school were available by his own continuosly. Whereupon with government initiatives and cooperation, this school was converted into a Govt-school. Which after passing through various stages is functional for education under the name of Government Khair Muhammad Paracha High School Mukhad Sharif. In early 1990s, following the instructions of Maulana Peer Fazaluddin Chishti (RA), Hazrat Maulana Pir Fatehuddin Chishti established a network of schools in different villages, especially for the education of girls. All this network is functioning under the management of AHWS.
